  • Can I share the tandem class package with my friend?
    No. The tandem class package can’t be shared with anyone. If you want to book a spot for your friend, you have to book both for you and your friend using your tandem class plan. The other option is for your friend to join you in the same spot using their tandem class plan.
  • What is the tandem class?
    The Tandem Swim Class pairs two participants for personalized coaching. We match you with another swimmer with a similar skill level and identical swimming goals. You have two options if you have a friend and want to swim together. First, you book both spots for you and your friend using your tandem class plan. The second option is that your friend has their tandem class package, and they book the same slot as you. This class aims to improve Breaststroke, Freestyle, and overall swimming technique. It's ideal for intermediate or advanced swimmers and triathletes, focusing on long-term development under a coach's guidance.
  • What is a tandem class package?
    The Tandem Class Package is for use only by one person and can be used to book Tandem Swim Classes. Each package includes a certain number of classes to suit your swimming goals.
  • Intermediate
    I am comfortable swimming Breaststroke and can swim with it for a few hundred metres, but I still think I need to improve it, as it doesn't feel very effective, especially with my breathing. While I can swim Breaststroke, I want to learn and improve my Freestyle (Front Crawl) technique. I have tried Freestyle before, but it was too difficult to manage.
  • Beginner
    I can move in water, but my swimming skills are basic. I hesitate to go into deep water and avoid it due to my lack of confidence. To become more skilled and confident in the water, I want to learn proper strokes, floating techniques, and breathing techniques.
  • Beginner with Fear
    I feel anxious about being in the water due to a bad experience in the past. It's uncomfortable. Basic swimming skills are challenging, and I'm concerned about what would happen if I fell into deep water. I must start from scratch to overcome my fear and learn to swim properly.
  • Advanced +
    I can swim Freestyle and Breaststroke, but I believe I could be more efficient. Although I think I understand how Freestyle should be executed, there is room for improvement. I want to refine my Freestyle technique and build endurance so that I can swim more efficiently. I also want to stretch my limits in endurance, speed, and strength.
  • How to refer friends?
    Log in using your email and password using the element below. Once logged in, you will see your unique referral code, which you can share with as many friends as you like. When a friend signs up and purchases a plan, you and your friend will receive reward points.
  • How to copy the link?
    When you click the "Copy" button, ensure that you first select the entire link in the pop-up window and copy it in full before clicking "OK." If you experience any issues with the referral link, please visit the website version linked here.
  • What is the individual lesson?
    The Individual Lesson is designed for one-on-one coaching, allowing you to work directly with the coach for focused improvement of your swim skills.
  • What is an individual lesson package?
    Each swimming package includes a specified number of lessons. You can choose a smaller or larger package based on your current skill level and personal goals. Please note that each package has an expiration date by which you must complete the lessons. However, you can extend the package for a small fee.
  • Can I share the individual lesson package with my friend?
    No. An individual lesson package is designed for one-on-one coaching focused on one person. If you want to swim with a friend, choose tandem class sessions.
  • What is a group class subscription, and how it works?
    All Group Classes are available on a subscription basis, + one class package for busy people. The subscription fee is automatically deducted from your card monthly or quarterly, starting on the chosen date. Some subscriptions may require a 3-month contract, while unlimited subscriptions can be cancelled anytime through the app.
  • Can I pause or cancel my subscription?
    You can cancel an unlimited subscription at any time. However, a subscription with a three-month contract cannot be cancelled, as it will end automatically after the period.
  • Can I use one group class subscription for any group class?
    Any subscription you purchase provides access to all class levels. As you improve, you can book higher-level classes without changing your subscription. For example, as a beginner swimmer with an Optimal Subscription that allows you to swim twice a week, you start with Basic Swim Skills and Breathing classes. After two weeks, you can book the Learn to Swim Breaststroke and Safety class. Once you master style and safety skills after two months, you can move on to Learn & Improve Freestyle classes and Swim Workout and Technique classes, all of which are included in the same subscription.
  • Can I use my benefits to pay for group classes. Can I do that?
    Certainly! Suppose you would like to use benefit payments for group classes. In that case, we have a Group Class Package that allows you to pay for these classes without a subscription. You can utilize your benefits for group classes by selecting the package available under each Benefits section.
  • What plans are available that allow me to use benefits to pay for the sessions?
    You can only purchase specific packages for any benefit provider you choose. They are located directly under each Benefit provider section.
  • Step 1: Choose the Package
    Please select your price package from the options above based on the swimming service you prefer, whether individual lessons, personal classes, or group classes. Please note the package price.
  • Step 3: Create an Order
    In the Benefit Plus portal, create an order for the selected package price. As a variable symbol, you can use any random number.
  • Step 4: Book a Session
    After creating your order through Benefit Plus, please wait for confirmation from Freestylers. Once your order is confirmed, we will assign a purchased plan to your Freestylers account, allowing you to book your sessions using the app. It usually takes maximally several hours. Note: Make sure you have already created your Freestylers account and have access to the Freestylers app for convenient bookings.
  • Step 2: Log in to Benefit Plus
    You must visit the Benefit Plus website, log into your account, and search for Team Freestylers.
  • Step 4: Book a Session
    Once your purchase is confirmed, we will assign the chosen plan to your Freestylers account. It usually takes about a few hours. You can then book your sessions using the app. Note: Please make sure you have already created your Freestylers account and have access to the Freestylers app to make booking your sessions easier.
  • Step 2: Send Your Credentials
    Please send us a message with your full name, Flexi Card number, and the name and price of your selected package. At the bottom of this screen, you will find the option to send us your Pluxee credentials.
  • Step 3: Confirmation Code
    Once we receive your credentials, we will manually create your order. You will then receive a confirmation SMS with a code sent to the phone number associated with your Pluxee account. After verifying the order details, please send us the confirmation code within 15 minutes. Please note that the confirmation code is only valid for 15 minutes. If we do not receive it within that time, we will need to repeat the order process and confirmation.

    You need to log in to the Edenred or Cafeteria website to place an order using an e-Ticket. On the Edenred portal, search for Team Freestylers and create an order using an e-Ticket for your desired package amount.

    After creating your e-Ticket order, please send us the e-Ticket code to validate your order. At the bottom of the screen, you will see an option to submit this information. We will need the following details: your full name, the e-Ticket code, and the package's name.

  • What is the 12-Minute Cooper Test?
    What is the Cooper Test? Purpose: A fitness assessment to measure cardiovascular endurance. It was developed by Dr. Kenneth H. Cooper in 1968 to evaluate the aerobic fitness of military personnel. How It Works: Objective: Cover the maximum distance in 12 minutes using continuous movement (e.g., running, swimming, or cycling). Swimming Application: Athletes swim for 12 minutes in a pool. Distance covered (in meters) is recorded as the result. Test Origins: Creator: Dr. Kenneth Cooper, U.S. Air Force doctor and exercise physiologist. History: Introduced in his 1968 book Aerobics, a foundational work advocating cardiovascular health through endurance training. Why It Matters for Swimmers: Aerobic Capacity: Evaluates a swimmer’s endurance—crucial for middle- and long-distance events. Progress Tracking: Helps monitor improvements and training effectiveness over time. Correlation with VO₂ Max: Results align with VO₂ max, a key metric for oxygen efficiency during exercise and overall endurance. The Cooper test remains a simple yet powerful tool for assessing and enhancing swimmers' performance and fitness.
  • What are Performance Benchmarks?
    Ratings Overview: Categories: Very Low, Low, Fair, Good, Excellent, Superior*. Standards: Very Low to Excellent: Based on Czech performance benchmarks. Superior: Reflects global performance standards for broader comparison. Why Benchmarks Matter: Our performance rating charts provide clear benchmarks for all age groups and sexes, ensuring accurate assessments. These benchmarks help identify endurance levels, guide training, and promote consistent improvement. Evaluation Process: Test Used: Cooper 12-minute swim test. Frequency: Conducted every 3–4 months for Intermediate and Advanced swimmers. Goals: Aim for "Good" or "Excellent" ratings to reflect our commitment to high standards.   • How to Improve Performance?
    Enhance your endurance, refine your technique, and ensure proper recovery with these key strategies: Build Aerobic Endurance Longer Swims: Swim continuously for 15–30 minutes steadily to increase stamina. Interval Training: Alternate between high-intensity efforts and rest to boost cardiovascular fitness. Gradual Progression: Increase your weekly total distance to avoid plateaus and ensure consistent improvement. Develop Swim Efficiency Refine Technique: Focus on proper body alignment and streamline your position to reduce drag. Practice Drills: Use drills like catch-up freestyle and fingertip drag to improve stroke efficiency. Breathing: Master bilateral breathing for balanced strokes and better rhythm.   • What is a reward tier?
    Collecting Points: Attending sessions: Earn points for each class you attend, redeemable for discounts on future sessions. Achievements: Collect points for hitting key milestones in skills, performance, and other areas. Interacting: Collect points by setting goals, sharing stories, writing reviews, and referring friends. Birthday: You receive points on your birthday. Tiers: You can get a higher Tier for more significant discounts. Once you stop collecting points or fail to redeem them for six months, your point balance will be reduced by 50 % every six months. Reward Tiers: Explorer Adventurer Freestyler VIP Once you reach the higher tier, you can enjoy significant discounts and earn more points for completing sessions and achieving skills or performance milestones. You will keep your current tier and accumulate more points when you generate a discount code using points.

    To add a new FAQ follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Add a new question & answer 3. Assign your FAQ to a category 4. Save and publish. You can always come back and edit your FAQs.
  • How do I edit or remove the 'Frequently Asked Questions' title?
    You can edit the title from the FAQ 'Settings' tab in the Editor. To remove the title from your mobile app go to the 'Site & App' tab in your Owner's app and customize.
  • Can I insert an image, video, or GIF in my FAQ?
    Yes. To add media follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Create a new FAQ or edit an existing one 3. From the answer text box click on the video, image or GIF icon 4. Add media from your library and save.
